Shipping - All shipping rates include shipping insurance and delivery confirmation to protect everyone's interests. Items are shipped within 72 hours of the payment, excluding weekends and holidays. If you wish to have an item shipped to a different address, please specify this in the fields provided on the check out page. We take the packaging of your items with the utmost respect for your valued football collectible, that is why ALL items are insured and packaged with care.

Return Policy - All collectible football items are sold as described on the website. We do our best to ensure the descriptions accurately describe the product. You may typically return an item based on these 3 conditions:

(1) You did not receive the correct item. (i.e. wrong item)

(2) The size of the item was not the same as stated in the description.

(3) Item was not exactly as described in the auction.

All returns must be pre-approved. If a return is sent without prior approval, your item will not be accepted by our returns department. If you are unsatisfied with any transaction, please contact us immediately to allow us an opportunity to "make it right".
